  • What days and times do deliveries work?
    Our deliveries are made every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5.30pm to 9.30pm but we will always try to finish at the latest by 8.30pm.

  • How much does delivery cost?
    Our deliveries have a fixed cost of $9 to any region.
  • How does delivery work?
    When the courier is at the location, he will contact you via the number provided (call/sms/whatsapp) or via the intercom. If he is unable to make contact and has not received any further instructions, he will leave the order in the best place he can find at your address, and will send a photo to your number. Make sure you've added the correct mobile number and address.Depending on the location, he may choose not to leave it if he does not get the contact, in which case a new delivery fee will be charged to deliver later. If your order has to be dropped off somewhere (either due to lack of response to an attempt to contact you or because you have been instructed to drop off) we will NOT be responsible if your order is stolen.
  • Additional delivery information
    If you want to send us additional information, write in the additional information field at checkout or contact us via whatsapp. To correct or change the address, contact us via whatsapp as soon as possible. If the delivery person is already on the street, it may not be possible to change the address or a new delivery fee will be charged.
  • Can I switch from pick-up to delivery or vice versa?
    We can usually change as long as you contact us in time via whatsapp and the address is within our delivery area. If you opt for delivery and have not paid for it, you must transfer the delivery amount ($9) to our cell phone number before the delivery takes place.
  • Do I need to go downstairs to pick up the delivery?
    If it is a place where the delivery person cannot stop the car, it is necessary to find him on the street. In places where there is a place to stop, the delivery person can go up if requested, but it would help a lot if it is possible to go down, in addition to helping all customers receive on time. If you are unable to receive the order, let us know on whatsapp what is the best way to deliver your order, if we should leave it somewhere specific, if there will be someone else to receive, etc.
  • Can I choose the delivery time?
    Unfortunately, is not possible to choose a specific time. It can be anytime between 5.30-9.30pm. Get in touch with us via whatsapp to find out what time orders usually arrive in your neighborhood (remembering that this time is an estimate and can vary according to the day).
  • What days and times can I pick-up?
    Our pick-up operates every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. If your order is ready before 4pm you will receive a message notifying you. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive by 6pm, depending on the day we may not be able to wait or leave it somewhere, in which case it will only be possible to pick up the order at next day of kitchen operation. We do not refund the order if the customer does not pick it up. Another option for those who cannot pick up at these times is to order for Monday pick-up and let us know to leave it in the fridge to pick up on Tuesday 8am to 6pm
  • What is the place to pick up the order?

When you arrive, call one of our employees inside or send a whatsapp message letting them know you've arrived (generally we'll be attentive to whatsapp at pick-up time, but if we don't answer, call someone at the door)
  • Is there a place to stop the car?
    The street is very quiet. You canpull the car in front of the door and let us know you've arrived so we can take your order to your car.
  • Are there any extra costs for pick-up?
    no, the pick-up option is free.
